Governance principle: supplier submissions never become public automatically. New applications and amendments remain pending until approved by EngiMatrix. EngiMatrix may also suspend a partner profile where required; disabled profiles are removed from the public list.
Approved Network

Business Partners

Public profiles show only approved business information—company name, product/service capability and approved logo/profile material. Private quotations, client lists, pricing, commercial evidence and internal evaluation data are never published. The list is live-linked to the EngiMatrix Partner Registry: only APPROVED + ACTIVE partners are displayed.

Partner Lifecycle

One controlled record throughout the relationship.

Each partner retains a stable Partner ID. The same record can be amended, approved, suspended or reactivated without losing history.

For new suppliers

Submit the business partner onboarding form with company details, product/service capability, logo and supporting profile information.

Business Partner Consent & Opportunity-Specific Non-Circumvention

By submitting this registration, the applicant confirms that the information and documents provided are true and that it is willing to be considered as an approved supply/manufacturing/service partner of EngiMatrix Solutions LLP.

The Business Partner authorises EngiMatrix Solutions LLP to identify, approach and engage prospective or existing customers in relation to the Business Partner’s approved products and services and, for opportunities coordinated through EngiMatrix, to prepare and submit commercial proposals to customers based on prices, specifications, delivery commitments and other information provided by the Business Partner, together with EngiMatrix’s independently determined commercial terms.

For any specific customer, enquiry, RFQ, tender or business opportunity first introduced to or coordinated with the Business Partner through EngiMatrix, the Business Partner agrees not to knowingly bypass or circumvent EngiMatrix by dealing directly in relation to that specific opportunity without EngiMatrix’s prior written consent.

Final technical acceptance, commercial terms, pricing, contractual responsibilities, warranties and supply obligations for each transaction shall be separately agreed in writing by the relevant parties. The Business Partner authorises EngiMatrix to display its approved company name, logo and agreed product/service capabilities on the EngiMatrix website and related business-development material unless withdrawn in writing.
